Same things I eat when I’m not shredding but just in different portions, ☺️ There are no magic pills or foods that will help you lose the fact that you have gained over weeks/months/years of overindulging The ultimate keys to fat loss & results in my opinion are.
Caloric control, exercise, consistency, hard work, and PATIENCE Too many people want results right NOW. The truth is if you expect sustainable results to come overnight or in a week & you give up after a few days of trying then you will never achieve your goals

Put in work fitfam, hard work pays off!
Sunday is my “fun” food day – a day where I go to the supermarket & have time to cook everything fresh

1️⃣ French Toast topped with sugar-free maple syrup & strawberries I just warmed up frozen ones
2️⃣ Smoked Salmon on sour cream & chive brown rice crackers ⁣
3️⃣ Chicken, green beans & couscous ⁣
4️⃣ ⁣Vegan Salted Caramel Balls (170 calories) – although these have minimal ingredients, it’s important to know that they have calories! You must be aware of the snacks you eat here & there if you want to lose fat ⁣
5️⃣ ⁣Eggs on toast with fresh baby tomatoes
6️⃣ Lamb Medallions pan fried with heaps of pumpkin (butternut & crown) plus carrot baked in the oven I ate half of the pumpkin before this photo
