How to Get Rid of Back Pain with this 60-Second Exercise

Back pain is the scourge of our time. Actual lifestyle rhythm does not allow us to give enough time for our health. Sitting too long in front of the computer makes back pain affect people of all ages.

 The overcharging of the lower spine, stress and fatigue – these are just a few causes of back discomfort. We really get used with the pain because we have no time for treatment.

Therefore we found a few simple exercises ideal for back pain and very effective too. You will need 60 seconds. Repeat these exercises before sleep and you will forget about the back pain.

Just follow the steps below:

1. Lie with your face down, hands stuck to the body.

2. Lean down on your elbows and slowly lift the upper body. Lift your head and hold the position for 8 seconds.

3. Return to the starting position.

4. Repeat the exercise.

5. Lie on your back with hands attached to the body and bend your knees.

6. Lift the upper body and hold the position for 8 seconds. Return to the starting position.

7. Bend your knees and hold them with your hands.

8. Touch your chest with your knees and hold the position for 8 seconds.

9. Return to starting position and repeat the exercise.

These exercises relax the body before sleep.
Tip: Try to move as much during the day. Repeating this exercise regularly will help you get rid of back pain.
