Healthy Lunch Ideas | Chicken Tandoori Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 (85g) entire wheat naan bread (I utilized Whole Foods Market brand)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Tikka Masala Indian Simmer Sauce (Maia Kaimal is the most minimal sodium)
  • 1 rotisserie chicken bosom, skin disposed of, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 container (56g) part-skim mozzarella, grated
  • 1/4 glass (60 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 container (33g) cucumber, chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1 squeeze cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (5g) cilantro, chopped

Directions

Preheat stove to 425°F (218°C). Spot the bread on a heating sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons of stew sauce on each bread. Spot the chicken and tomatoes uniformly over the bread and after that sprinkle with cheddar. Prepare until the bread is fresh on the edges and the cheddar is bubbly 10 minutes.

While the naan-zzas are heating, make the yogurt sauce. In a little bowl, join the yogurt, cucumber, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Remove from stove and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of yogurt blend over every naan-zza. Sprinkle cilantro equally and cut every naan into 4 pieces and serve.
