I have a neighbor that has the same problem, plus, the shaking hands syndrome AND arthritis. After consulting her doctor about some more natural approaches to her problem, she was advised to use apple cider vinegar.

But, how?

Well, not consuming it, but simply, dipping the hands into apple cider vinegar is the solution! Two to three times a week, once per day for 15 minutes is enough.

After just two weeks my neighbor said that she felt relief from her awful pain, and also, that the shaking has significantly reduced, but is still present. After she has witnessed the results on her own skin, she has begun to explore more uses of apple cider vinegar.

Did you know that you can also use it in your douche or bath, for muscle relief? For hand or foot relief, just mix 3 cups of apple cider vinegar in a bucket of warm water and soak your aching body part inside.

Or dip a washcloth in the mixture and place it on the area that is bothering you. If you add some olive oil inside, just a little bit, the soothing relief will be greater and more enjoyable. You could also let the mixture stay overnight and rinse it off in the morning.

For joint pains, you should prepare a drink from 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of raw honey and 300 ml water.

Drink it 3 times a day, before every meal and you shall see and feel the difference in no time! Plus, besides helping the joint pain and tension, this drink is also famous for amazing detoxifying effects on your whole body!
