REDUCE THE ALCOHOL
Alcohol means a lot of calories and when we drink then we usually eat junk food and soft drinks.
So the first thing to do is to reduce the consumption of alcohol.
DO NOT EAT AFTER 9 P.M.

CONSUME A LOT OF WATER
