How to prepare:
Dissolve cayenne pepper and ginger in apple cider vinegar, then add the honey and shake it well.
How to administrate:
Adults: take 1 tablespoon every time you need and shake well before each use.
Children: take ½ teaspoon of this remedy trice a day. Shake well before use.
