Lie down on the floor with your arms beneath your head. Raise your head a bit and then raise your knees at your chest. Keep your abdomen tense during this time than lie again on the floor. Your legs and arms should remain up. Repeat 10-15.
Keep the start position from the first exercise. This time you’ll work out the oblique abdominal muscles. So when you get up, you need to twist the trunk a little and touch the knee with the opposite knee. To work out better your waist, move your elbow in the outside of your body. Perform 10 repetitions for each leg, working alternately.
