It usually has a mild or no smell but it causes vagina itching which could be accompanied by some blood stains. Gonorrhea can be easily tested for by taking up samples of discharge by a swab. Samples of urine can also be used for test in men.
Gonorrhea can be treated in a few days with the use of antibiotics.

A swab test is usually not painful and don’t be embarrassed to seek for help. Most infections can spread to other internal organs.
