Nausea and morning sickness is one of the early pregnancy symptoms. It is common among pregnant women in the first trimester. Nausea is also part of premenstrual syndrome and Post menstrual syndrome.

1. Cut a whole lemon into 2 and bite on it when you feel nauseated.
2. Squeeze lemon into warm water and drink

4. Make use of lemon oil anytime you feel nauseated and you don’t feel like having a drink.
1. Drink plenty water or drink to keep dehydrated
2. Avoid eating oily or fatty foods
3. Take a nap or get a rest when you feel light headed
4. Eat little portions and eat them slowly
